That's the worst thing about Australian women. They are stunning until they open their mouths
It is funny how the Aussie accent can change so dramatically within a few kms.
Some people around Queensland have very little and you can actually understand them. Go a few kms up the road and it can be as strong as strong as that Trollope that was PM not so long ago.

We do sound funny to each other I reckon.
With us it how we pronounce some words, with Aussies it is how they can string words together into one big word.
I find some of them lazy talkers if that's the right way to put it. Some are very eloquent.

TBF to Aussies, I reckon there is nothing worse than a European that talks like our indigenous folk.
You really notice it in Oz.
    It sounds horrible

I really notice the accents in other states myself. In SA they're very pommy, Qld and NT have the real outback bogan style happening.
3 years living in Adelaide gave me a taint of horrible SA accent that still comes out in a few words which disgusts me! I've been back in Vic two years now and stil cant shake some of it. Heaven forbid what happens if I move to NZ!

Won't take long and you will pick up an Asian twang
In England they are getting a bit of a Middle Eastern influence

Jeez, Mate...eskie? whats with that...chilly bin...talk proper you lot...when I first heard that thing over there which has each sentence ending with but, I was hanging on for the rest of the sentence...I like how some call their camping gear as swaggie...the Ockers knock us for saying fush and chups...at least our fish and chips are good, not the Aussie version... but at the end of the day, we came out here with no scars on our ankles
