From 1997 to 2014 540,000 people died from fire arms. More than world war one and two combined

Don't forget 2/3rds of those are suicide, and approximately 2/3rds of the remainder are gang/drug turf related.

This is what happens when you feed a population a daily diet of fear, mistrust, hate and anger all the while telling them they are the greatest country in the world.

I know the vast majority of them are good people but I'm thankful everyday I don't live there.

But if the media only reported facts how will it control the populace with fear?

Tell that to the Jewish community. That statistic is not nearly explained well enough. There were a far greater number of fatalities than 540,000. Americans were by far and away not the only ones to suffer casualties in either of those world wars.

Funny how the worst countries in the world for annual firearm related deaths are all gun control paradises. (Measured by deaths per 100 000 population).

What's going on in America with guns, this killing each other and killing themselves, is a disgrace and a National shame.

Playing around with comparative stats to present it as anything but an absolute human tragedy is simply denying the reality of the mess they are in.

Not sure what you're alluding to but a presentation of the facts is just that. Nothing else. Why is nobody lamenting the tragedies in other countries?
