The finest cider I have ever tasted is made by a friend in the South Island.

The one on the right is not technically a cider... just sugar water.

I love me some cider, partial to Bulmers. Sometimes I will treat myself to some 'Honesty Box', I think it's from Boundary Road.

The Old Mout Boysencider has a very mild taste, good at the end of a hot day, well any day really.

A cool cider on a hot afternoon is hard to beat Mrs D.

My Poppa made awesome cider when he was alive.

I should have paid more attention so I could make some for myself.

I've currently got ripe Nashi Pears coming out my ears and three Apple trees loaded with fruit about to ripen.

I'm sure they would make a good cider rather than being mowed up or eaten by the birds.

    Kinda of a waste really.

    Cheers
