Back after 2 years and offering assistance to quake victims if needed.

G,day fellas l have been away for a couple of years working and traveling in Africa and sailing the south pacific,so have only just had a chance to catch up with a few of the things that happened while l was away(and still am). Firstly one of the first things l did was to check out what was happening with Toby so it was sad news indeed and l pass on my condolences to all,me and Toby actually swapped emails a few times and l offered him a hunt if he ever came to the Top End of OZ. l sent him some videos on us Barra fishing and catching sail fish (he was on his fishing kick when l left) and also some of our Buffalo and pig hunting and how we duck and goose hunt in the Top End,he was a good keen man who even for his young years his story and cheeky larrikin streak touched a lot of people.RIP Toby if anyone is in contact with his family please pass on my condolences as well.

On to better things (sort of) l actually got back on the day of the last major quake and have been stewing over this since then,my missus is booked into to go to visit a GF in England after xmas so l am offering my assistance to anyone who needs a hand after the quakes cleaning up,rebuilding, fixing fences or general farm labor etc etc for a few weeks after xmas.I have experience in construction industry have DIY restored 2 of my houses and own my own farm here as well as being a exshearer, rousy and jackeroo so pretty much just your typical country jack of all trades. All l will need is a feed and somewhere to lay my swag while we try to fix your place back up if needed. So if any of you cranky bastards need a bit of a hand up give us a yell and if l can help l will.

Welcome back bunji. I will pass your sentiments on to Toby,s mum when I see her (January). I am sure your offer will be welcomed by those affected down south.

Thanks mate l would appreciate you doing that for me with his mum.As for the offer l was disappointment with the Australian governments level of assistance after the 2011 Christchurch quakes so thought l would do what l can for good people in need while l still can.
