Back Fixer Hang From Ankles Thingamejig

Has anyone on here used one of those things that you strap your ankles in and hang up side down. I don't know any one that's got one, so wondering if anyone on here has one or used one. The properganda reads well, but after real life experiences. Cheers

My mum has one, male sure when you use it you use it near a wall etc so you can flip yourself back up the other way she set it up in the middle of the lounge, flipped upside down and got stuck there untill dad came home to rescue her hahaha

Was something like this, but a lot more solid. Needed to be pretty solid to cope with my size.

The trick was to have it set up so that when you pulled yourself up, using your arms, you changed the balance point to flip you back over.

Got a kids playground nearby? Monkey bars work well, stick your legs through the gaps and hang from the back of your knees with ankles pressing up against another rung... If that makes sense

At the stage I was using it I was well beyond the point when it would have helped. 5 Years earlier may have been a different story.
