Ban everything - its safer that way

Hi like minded nut jobs that apparently, although fully vetted, have the potential to murder everybody on the planet with our AR's.

Sorry if that upset anyone but its the truth, you CANT have an interest in ANYTHING anymore without upsetting every pansy that thinks doomsday is about to happen if they see something they don't agree with and turn it into a monumentous ordeal.

I do not want to detract from the tragedy that occurred 15-03-19 BUT this is the day DEMOCRACY DIED IN NZ.

No doubt everybody has seen that 29 people died on NZ roads in 7 DAYS!!!

    That's insane.

Is that "try hard" of a PM going to outlaw cars?

People die everyday in car crashes and 29 in 7 days to me is worse the this crazy Aussie blasting away 50 people because of whatever crazy reason his pea brain led him to come here and F$@% it all up for us law abiding licenced enthusiasts.

Its obvious to me though, he came to NZ to carry out this heinous act because its near impossible to obtain MSSA guns in the land of Kangaroo's.

Now I hear that the ACTUAL terrorist that the US are trying to rid the world of are planning for retribution on NZ for what's happened.

    WTF????

    Where does it end.

all we can do is band together be seen in groups in public don't hide the fact that we are firearms enthusiests but don't be dicks and ram our views down every ones throats and just be the good natured citizens we are hopefully joe public will realise we aren't all a bunch of murderers and the tide may turn

Welcome XSNRGY. To quote Howard Zinn, “the problem is the wrong people are in power and the wrong people are out of power”. “Our problem is civil obedience. Our problem is that people all over the world have obeyed the dictates of the leaders of their government”.
My words now. The solution is peaceful civil disobedience. In this instance I would add that the civil disobedience should be unrelated to the Arms Amendment Bill.

What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Was reading an article a while ago about Custers last battle with the injuns at Little Big Horn. A couple of years before The Little Big Horn battle the US Army were using lever action rifles, they then ditched them for single shot rifles which turned out to be a big mistake. The Author reckoned that had they lever action rifles Custer would have cleaned up.
