    Best Paua Pattie Recipe Wanted

    Righto you tight wads Hand over your best Recipe pls . Don't care how many generations its been hidden from the great unwashed , I want it . I totally Ball'est up my last attempt ,& I'm desperate for a resut . Cheers Munsey

    I would use Paua for a kickoff Munsey.

    OK you asked for it so here goes. Remember that you asked for this.

    Gently sauté your minced Paua in some butter with some finely chopped onion. Note already the absence of detail around quantities.
    Add a wee splodge of cream and a dash of curry powder. Reduce to a thick creamy texture. Now to this add / stir in flour, a couple of eggs (only one if you don't have a lot of Paua), salt and pepper to taste (ground pepper of course) and some baking powder (no more than a level teaspoon). If the mixture looks too dry then add / stir in a little milk.

    The rest is up to you (I am assuming that you know how to lightly fry in a pan).

    Ok rushy i see you have mentioned curry powder, missed that. Hes onto it, use his recipe, you wont be dissapointed.

    Last time I did patties I stole a recipe off of the interweb and added ground chillie powder....just a smidge. was awesome.
