    Boiling goat heads

    Hey guys
I am currently boiling 2 goat heads over a fire. I have to shoot out for a couple of hours so was just gonna leave them boiling away. If they boil too long will it change the colour or shape of the horns as the heads are for the wall. Cheers

Pull the outer shell off the horns just to be sure.

Try not to submerge the horn itself. They will soak up water otherwise, goat horn is hair. You need to try and pull the outer off to clean the bone underneath otherwise it'll rot and goes stinky. And the horns will shrink slightly over time. Can't avoid that.
