In the old days you could pop out the cork seal and pop it back in on the inside of your shirt and you had a badge.

Sean I will ask @Gibo to send you some Waikato tops so your collection is complete. He will have three before breakfast so it won't take long.

I'd be concerned for @Dundee and @mrs dundee if young Sean had nailed them to a stick and taken up Morris Dancing...

Has anyone got a taste report on Tui Dark? I'm keen to try it.

10MRT shooters do it 60 times, in two directions and at two speeds.

Young Sean should give that a go. mrs D might miss the broom stick though.

And when it wore out as a badge you would then flatten it with a hammer bend it in two and wack a couple of holes through it with a nail.

    Instant shepherds whistle.

I made one for my nephew in Dorkland recently, took his about 1/2 an hour to learn to whistle with it.

Then his bloody mother took it off him ... mostly because he was blowing it the house and making a bloody racket.

He was a bit up set by that but cheered up when I explained not to worry because Dad was brining home another dozen of them shortly.

    Cheers
