    Brownie points

Do they exist or is it a unit of measurement that men use to justify doing hours of work'n'shit round the house & that their partners know are imaginary & can never be redeemed
Shoot it, root it & then BBQ it !!!

I got up yesterday morning at 6.30am and started the 2nd and final coat on the end of the house only 5m wide. When the Mrs got up at 9.30am she brought me a cuppa and when I finished at 11am the smell of bacon and eggs came wafting from within. Went into the shed and made a shooting rest while she waterblasted the drive. A great day. Woke up this morning and life was back to normal. I guess brownie points don't accumulate and carry over to the next day

Brownie points are non-accumulutive, non-redeemable, non-exchangeable and obviously difficult to gain...you would have better luck winning at Bonus Bonds!!!!!

Brownie points only exist in your own head, thats why you're never 'appreciated'.

I took her out for tea on Friday, mowed her half of the lawn and sharpened her knives. I redeemed 2 lots of brownie points Saturday afternoon
If its guns, tits or tyres it's going to cost you lots of money

So it seems by what you guys are saying that the brownie point system has many flaws & is heavily weighted in the misses favor

It is flawed due to inconsistencies in placing a value on Brownie Points.
Painting a house compared to washing the dishes after dinner given she made the mess cooking (fark all dishes when it's my turn to cook and I get Pizza) compared to mowing her half of the lawns has different interpretations on what the task is worth. Maybe a negotiation before starting the task is in order.
