    i do like to eat cake but im not quite as fat as my avatar.
    Thanks hunter308 if any members need a cake im your man. The farm cakes a bit rough had to rush it
    I only bring choc in when its needed or i would end up like the avatar. I have zero self control.

    Thanks for that link josh it would be great to make one for that charity. I only get to make a couple a year for my kids birthdays but they are starting to expect it and dont give to much of a reaction. when is your bday TR and how old will you be.

    My cousin in UK sells hers on-line - a hobby has now become more than part-time employment.

    one issue is the commercial kitchen / food safety compliance - but your local Environmental Health Officer could advise. If you do, listen carefully for "required" versus "desired". Some can be inclined to hit you hard with an amazing list of criteria - butt he legal requirments may well be less less oerous than you think.
