    Hmm.. so say I brought some UBER fast stripper clips like the TM post above - and they are UBER fast - but my mate buys the same ones then uses them faster making his speed now the UBER fastest and thus my speed is no longer UBER, can I get a refund from the said seller as my items are no longer as advertised with them being now 'non-UBER'??

    I think it may all be false advertising as his UBER fast example is 11 secs for 20rd - a retarded russian circus monkey with no thumbs could do it faster than that.

    No I dont think so.Given the criteria for uberfastness unless the retarded russian circus monkey with no thumbs has actully done it in less than the 11 sec and claimed uberfastness then he may well be within his rights.
    Having now read the auction it is my opinion that if you buy said stripper clips hoping to retain uberfastness given your lack of coordination and fat fingers you will be screwed.
