    Stay and intimidate. If you do it right there wont be a next time, though on second thoughts that could have consequences so hunting is sounding like a good option

    I agree. Get the Mrs to invite her more often to give you more excuses to get out there.

    Bernie my first MIL was a former Warrant Officer First Class from the NZ J Force. Thought she could order me around like we were both still in the army. Get into the bush while the getting is good.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

    Best advise use the three nothing policy say, know, do nothing to provoke either the wife or mother in law just nod your head in agreement and practise your selective hearing skills

    I must be lucky, my inlaws never visited in 18 years, in fact they moved 700km further away.
    Pretty much increasing the chances of us never visiting to never..........................

    I did the "constantly take the piss out of her in front of the kids" trick. Now she only turns up when I'm away for work or hunting, I believe I won!
