    Forklift ticket

Does anyone know if a QLD HRW license (forklift) is transferable to Nz? It's reportedly a much higher standard than the NZ license

the nz one is in the box of wheatbix with the allblacks cards so it probably is a higher standard and probably is not transferable because this is nz and that's how we roll

Is it on your QLD drivers license if so check with land transport I know the NZ f endorsement and OSH certification are not transferrable in aussie

Yeah I know NZ isn't recognised as RPL in AU, just wondered if the reverse was true. It's a separate license not an endorsement to the drivers license

I would think if its a higher standard it would be recognised but this is NZ .

Maybe of interest ,was getting my drivers license renewed last week , inquired how I go about renewing my forklift license.
Was told that it doesn't have to be renewed that its a life time license .I thought it had to be done every 3 years but apparently not.
The only one needs to be renewed is dangerous goods every 5 years. That came from the licensing agent in Paeroa (AA)
"If I'd been told other wise some one been telling me porkies" , my boss not amused when he was told either .

I did my Bus (Class D PCV) licence in the UK which consisted of a test driving a NZ class 4 equiv and was to a much higher standard than NZ but it doesn't transfer to anything

    Forklift ticket

Selling forklifts was my life for about eleven years...
One question here but two answers... Firstly, the F endorsement on NZTA Drivers License is indeed a lifetime license. The operational OSH ticket is renewable every three years.
Whether there is a reciprocal recognition of qualification for forklift truck operation between NZ & Aus I don't know, but highly doubt the Aussies would be silly enough to allow a kiwi to operate in their work environment without re-sitting, given how complacent our safety standards are.

Yup pretty sure you can just swap them.
I got a my endorsements swapped easy as but I do not have a forklift ticket.
The other way around it is usually a pain. My CPL was 50 bucks to convert to Oz.
