Farmlands if you use their own truck stop. $547 for 600 litres inclusive, $470 odd exc. Don't know how many theyve got scattered around. I haven't checked yet, but farm delivery should be the same

McKeown Petrolium. They've got pumps in Winchester, Twizel, Otematata, and probably in Oamaru

Also Kumara, Lumdsen, Alexandra, Fairlie. I use them where possible - about 30c cheaper for Diesel than the BP on the main street in Hoki.

There's also a BP truckstop pump out the back of Westland Milk in Hoki that is about 25c cheaper for diesel than the BP on the main street which I use if I'm not going through Kumara. There's also one of these on Gorge Road in Queenstown, presumably there are more.

Unmanned fuel pumps are the way to go, who wants to buy overpriced fuel from an overpriced shop selling $4 chocolate bars with a bored teenage attendant?

Have our bulk fuel going through allied and pay our account via our PGG Wrightson account, can take a Allied, BP, or Z card through our PGG account also but the savings aren't that great (8-12c/litre) which is a shame because it would be good having everything nice and simple under the one PGG account, have our house and farm electricity, internet etc all through them too.

Farmlands is 29-30c less than pump price, less another 12c rebate, comes in around 92c/l.

Hmmmm, might have to sign up to farmlands. I haven't bothered with them as past dealings left a bad taste in my mouth (where I was before refuse to deal with them) PGG have always been excellent and have continued to be so they get our business. Bit put off having to buy $500 worth of shares if I'm not going to spend enough with them to recoup it anyhow..

Only cost me $250 on first account. Quite often have 'Shareholder' nights at Smith City where you can purchase items at cost plus 5%. Various other deals pop up from time to time in different places. Ive found them cheaper than Farm Source. Toyota gives rebates as well. And they offer a rewards scheme similar to Flybuys
