Sounded reasonable. Hopefully he reins in the Police from "their interpretation" of the Act.

Firstly Andrea Vance who worked in British tabloid newspapers should just go back to where she came from. We don't care what her type think either.

On first impressions Stuart sounds reasonable, lets hope he is.

I think he realises the firearms community is a big voting block & we aren't really the problem, if they want to tighten up our home security so everyone has to have a safe, so be it as long as they go after the crims hard for firearms offences.

That reporters attitude is what's wrong with everything.
What does it matter if the firearms public is onside? There are, as Nash said, 250,000 of us ya communist bitch.
Opinions like hers and being media is what's wrong.

We are buggered in the near future if there is not something done about it.

Does it matter if 250,000 people respect the police????? What sort of dumbassery dipstickery moronic attitude is that? Of course it matters whether law abiding firearms owners respect the police. There are enough lawbreaking criminals out there that do not respect them, why add to that number? And did she consider that the reason we may not respect them is they are flouting the very laws they are tasked with upholding and writing their own.......

    Stupid twit

Her contempt for firearm owners was certainly obvious.

It probably wouldn't do squat. All media seems to be following the UN/NWO "dis-arm civilians"idea. After they've finaly taken away single shot 22's the country will be flooded with third worlders.

Still kind of amazing/disgusting how dismisive journalists (?) are of peoples rights these days.

Gun Grabbers want all the guns. Simple as that. If they can do it by one fell swoop or by death via 1000 cuts they'll do it.

I wonder if the Honourable Minister had been discussing bakers, plumbers, electricians or any other component of the community at large - if she would have been so contemptuous and dismissive?

Id never heard of Andrea Vance until that story unfolded of her baiting Peter Dunne, and frankly, I never want to hear from her again. She has no journalistic integrity.

Yes she does, but like her standards, she has simply set the bar so very low that it looks like she has none.....
