A fellow inmate kindly showed me how to use my phone as a hotspot (new meaning for that word) to bypass the restriction, but also warned me it chews through the data on my phone plan.

Nefarious censorship or simply a wide-spread safety-net for kiddies who may log on in the hospital precinct? Although I did note that if one searches for, say, Busty Bikini'd Bahamian Beach Babes, there's no block. OK, I suppose the latter could be a morale thing :-)

So, temporary post-outage next daze. Anyway, cloud, lining etc.
Which hospital. I worked for a private one previously. If you are there I can speak to the IT dept

@Danger Mouse - thank you for the offer it is appreciated. However my sentence got temporarily extended so one of the next generation went out and bought me a portable WiFi access high-capacity boxthingy, so sorted.

This is not a paid endorsement - and the durn thing weren't cheap

...but, the NETGEAR 800S mobile hotspot works very well when absent the humble abode and needing WiFi to stay in touch with family and work. Expensive, but good - nay, great - battery life, and a fast and foolproof connection (I'm an e-fool and even I can hook it up).

Now, lessee if Busty Bikini'd Bahamian Beach Babes is accessible in 'Outpatients.'

(Later... there would have been an attachment but it would be NSFW if you're working. So in your best interests, I deleted it).
