I bet a hundy they have already got an ex or retiring mil guy lined up. SNCO and above.
No one but ex mil could be expected to have the knowledge.
A Saffs course that RNZIR/SAS SNCOs do, would cover all their requirements.

No thanks. Only good thing about Waiberia is the hunting.
I can't stand the place otherwise.
I have a mate that works for the military up there who I can guarantee if the money was right would apply and probably get the gig. Sick bastard loves the place.
I am fortunate to be a able to hunt for a living now, in a region I love living in.

Sad that it is being outsourced from NZDF.
Guess I'm kinda glad I got out prior to privatization of a fundamentally crucial component of any "Armed force".

Do they still fix bayonets to the muskets in the British box infantry square formation? I reckon I might give it a go although I might have to commute from a warmer location. The hardest part of the job would be finding an endless supply of fuzzy wuzzies for the dashing and retaliating live fire targets.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Yes, when the job description is that complete they are describing a particular individual.
