    Kiwi ingenuity/DIY

I'm a big fan of a bit of the old back yard DIY and kiwi ingenuity...dont wanna be the "pay someone else to do it" guy.

I get a good buzz out slappin something up in the shed, Id love to see some pics and get some inspiration of what you other fullas get up to.

    Heres a couple of mine-

Dundee will love this one, ripped the RC gear out of a RC truck an put it in this duck decoy with a prop and couple of rudders, idea was for the dog to chase it for exercise cause she loved chasing the real ones, should have tested it first without the dog.....maiden voyage was the only voyage due to a severe lack of grunt it was consequently drowned by the dog

Today was the day for my annual hedge trim, only thing is as the hedge gets taller I need to come up with ingenious ways to reach the top of the barstad. I figured if I'm qualified to rig up a hauler tower surely I can manage a ladder...got a bit wobbly with 90kg swaying around on the 3rd rung from the top. sorry about the shit pic.

    Haha awesome!!!

Not much of an invention but I've had the flu for the last few days and I ran out of tissues so I put a roll of toilet paper in the box and it just rolls out gold as gold.

Big_foot that ladder arrangement looks so stable I bet you were using a big bar chainsaw to trim that hedge.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Hahaha. We flip the bucket around in the 20 tonner and stand in that with a harnessed to the boom in case of a slip. Works awesome!
