    Magazine restrictions TM

So I had a Lee Enfield Auction withdrawn off TM sighting a breach of the "Arms Act 1983" for a Magazine being greater than 7 shots....
    Left me rather confused,
My interpretation and Understanding of the law pertaining to magazine capacity was that this applied to Semiautomatics & MSSA where....
1- a .22 rimfire that holds more than 15 rounds or....
2- is capable of holding more than 7 rounds or...
3- a detachable magazine that holds more than 10 rounds

    Thoughts anyone?

Yep, they are wrong, there was another bloke a few weeks ago that had the same issue, he argued with them until they admitted fault and refunded his auction fee.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

As mentioned, TM have made a hiccup because they've confused the Enfield with a semi auto rather than it being the bolt action it actually is - the staff are staff, not experts in any field (firearms, cars, boats, etc).

But then if they still won't let you list your auction tough shit, don't forget it's a private company who can do whatever they like.

Shouldn't they have people who know what they're doing working there?

Toby do you mean you should only get the job if you actually know how to do it If the whole country worked like that imagine the chaos. The queue of unemployed managers would be horrendus

Government might actually work the way its supposed too for a start.

Why ? Do you expect every kitchen item to be detailed and checked by experts ? And when I say kitchen, I actually mean farming tools, electrical equipment, building supplies, antiques, stamps, car parts. Oh and boats.

TM is a company that is making shit loads of $$ off people because they've convinced everyone it's the only place to go to.

    Why?

Because then Karl200 wouldn't have this problem.

How hard is it to get the people who deal with the firearm stuff a book to read
