Expensive but awesome thing to do. Can't see it catching on, they lost over 100 bikes trying to nail it
I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.

Watched it with the wife. Very cool but we both were wondering how many takes it would have required to get the one shot.
If he wasn't on a motoX bike though everyone would just say "whos the dickhead on the jetski" doing shit like that.

Actually? I would of thought maybe a couple practise bikes.
We have a pond on the farm we used to plane across, obviously not at sea!!! But it's not that hard, as long as there is a flat entry and exit and lots of speed.
The hardest part is the jets of water coming of the front tyre blow your feet off the pegs, I guess Robbie's ski around the tyre stops that.
    This is a classic!

Apparently so. You're right - hydroplaning a bike is pretty easy - across flat water only a few metres wide - in the sea another story. Would be so fun having a go though

I saw a fat mate drown a big old klx, we told him just hit it full noise you'll be sweet as, he must of being doing 100k when he hit the pond, leaning forward she just stopped dead...

The little skis each side of the tire would have to help a shitload tho.

I've got a larger than normal mate that likes riding bikes too, they provide the best entertainment.
