    Mushrooms

    That time of the year !!!!

    They last for ages vacuum packed and I'm looking forward to having some on the weekends hunt

    Who else really likes field mushrooms

    I cannot say I like them at all @7mmsaum. I love the delicious little morsels. Can still remember getting enough to cover the floor of a Hiace van. Oh it was a dirty job getting rid of them, but someone had to do it.

    Park a bit of blue cheese on those suckers, and a bit of melted butter, pepper, hot oven for 20 mins. Om nom nom

    I would crawl over broken glass on the stubs of my elbows for a feed. Does that count for liking them? Must check the paddocks at the weekend.
