Plans for New Years Eve 2013?

Well our plan was to go to the river have beersies and go fishing. A cuppla rogue thunderstorms dumped some water in the upper catchments and we got none so river is high and dirty.

Plan two BBQ in the bush me the sober driver and as I don't go near the bush without the 7mm08 Remmy will be taking a knife and we might go walkies then beersies when we get home.

    Cheers

What are the rest of you folk getting up too?

Off hunting tomorrow for 3 days - fly camping through a river valley

Getting bored with getting blotto on NYE so will catch up with friends later - the bush should be empty of people tomorrow night and I don't think that deer drink..

They would be easy pickings if they did and you would have the best cure for any hangovers that maybe inflicted upon themselves courtesy of your rifle....tell ya what take a bottle of JD's with ya put it in a bowl by the bushline if you find a comatosed deer the next morning you will have an easy deer for the freezer but the meat may be a bit pickled though

For me a quiet boring night at home would rather be back at work to be honest.

No real plans so come what may!

If the weather holds I will be giving the new bar leaner a work out. Not too much though, I'm then taking the bro in law from Auckland out for hopefully his first deer on Wednesday evening/Thursday morning. Fingers crossed the New Year of hunting gets off to a good start!

Have a safe and happy new years all.
