    RIP Steve Askin.

For those that didn't know. The chopper pilot from yesterdays chch fire crash was a solid hunter, and son of pig hunting legend Paul Askin.

    Rest easy Steve.
A mutual friend heard his mayday call, all sounds rather unpleasant.

Tragic accident, it's great to see people supporting the givealittle page for his family. I couldn't make the funeral but a friend who was there said its the first one he's been to where they eventually had to stop people getting up to talk about him, says a lot about the bloke.
