    SAR Pack

    I'm looking for a 40ltr day pack, went to get mine out last nite and its well and truly ratted. I used a cheapo today that I brought for my daughter and its absolutely crap. Not looking for a handout but need one to do the job. Straps on the side are preferred to where I can strap my machete, the other team members saw this and liked the concept. Not a freebe happy top pay

    @Gapped axe

    I have an older Macpac Tollesse 35 (I think...) in black here that doesn't get used. It is in pristine condition as I only used it for a couple of hunts and a trip to Alaska.

    $50 and I can have it in Rotorua today...

    Sorry couldn't find a decent picture of it - this was the closest I could find. They are a good, sturdy, single compartment pack.

    I've had one of these for a couple of years and used it for tramping/camping. Little bigger than what you're after but it's been really comfortable and durable. Was easy to fit a camel pack underneath as well.

    Yours was all good. Tried to smoke you out today but the gorse wouldn't ignite, even after throwing 60ltrs of mix on it. Will try again thou, so when the smoke comes down the Utuhina you'll know who is around.
