Solving the housing crisis (satire not politics)

Ive just read the latest glossy informational pamphlet from the good folks at H&F on camping and such.
Are you aware that you could purchase an inflatable tent suitable to house 8 in comfort and all the ancillaries to set up home, ovens, washing machines, toilets, even washing lines for under $7000?
Just think inflatable neighborhoods complete with inflatable roads (must be in another catalogue)
Why hasnt this idea been siezed on before? Ive a good mind to ring Simon and tell him to get onto the ministry of houzing with the deal of a lifetime.

They're inflatable so should float. Put them on the sea.

Form a select committee to work out the details later.

What is their lifespan, and how do they cope with wind? Most tents have a pretty limited life. Probably be lacking in insulation too.

Not to be missed is deflating mention of the inflatable Mrs.
There are only three types of people in this world. Those that can count, and those that can't!

You just park a collection of old cars together. South Auckland realestate ups in value when you have a " sleep out" or two on your front lawn

I will swap 1 acre of land for 20sm of doc land to build a little hut! That's got to be a winner for the Government - a few mates in a hut vs 1000 + imports on an acre!

That's ok we are still building new shitty houses with a limited lifespan and bugger all insulation.
I'm for the tents or tiny homes.
Then you don't waste money on things to fill them up.

I've put some thought into this wind resistance GM. It could be a bonus. Anchor them close to shore, offer them to all the bludgers for free. When they are all full and there's a good offshore wind blowing, cut them loose and let the occupants blow away to somewhere else. I haven't done a cost benefit analysis on the project, but I expect the figures would be quite favourable.
