    Tatp tent swiped.

It has just come to our attention that our Tarptent double rainbow is "missing" from the roof rack of my wagon.
The only places we think that it could have gone are on the night ferry crossing Sunday week ago or at a motel in Chch on Tuesday night week ago. If anyone see/hears of on for sale please let me know. It is in mint condition.

    Bastards.

It seams since it was on the news recently that you are more likely to win lotto than actually get busted for thieving(may not be exactly what they said) that there has been even more thieving as its public knowledge now you won't get caught.

Getting off topic now, but how do you go about doing a ferry crossing with firearms? Do you shut up about it? Or does the ship have a secure facility you can use for temporary storage?

From memory, you are supposed to advise them of any amo you are carrying, but that's about it.
I thought is was odd, seeing as we are not supposed to leave firearms unattended in vehicles

Just spoke to Bluebridge and they said you have too tell them if you have firearms in your vehicle when you check in. That's it. They don't actually do anything.
