I'll have a look later, always use cci never ever had a dud, I've got more ladder testing to do with a couple different powders so we'll see if it happens again soon enough.
And yes hopefully not when a deer is in the cross hairs although unless I come across one on my walk in I'm likely gonna be far enough away that I should get another crack if one fails

King low tide, go to get boat back on trailer, (fishing/day cut short, due to Mrs and daughter being sick...) and it drops off the back of the ramp....

Pushed the guard hard in on the tyre.

The Mrs and kids went home, I went for boat drive to vent, and let the water come in a bit.

Didn't have anything to fix it, so let the air out, tyre off, strap the axle up, boat back on and away on 3 wheels....

A long end, to what should have been a chilled day.

Although, did catch a 37cm blue cod - in Auckland harbor!

Um I don’t know a lot about boat trailers but isn’t it supposed to have a wheelie thing where that pink doodad is?

Couldn't you have just put the jack between the calliper bolt and guard and expanded the jack to clear the gap?

Knowing his luck on the day, Id say hed have somehow damaged the caliper and/or mount, and unknowingly shifted the axle along the leaves, both hidden treats.

    The Bloody thing wont start!
2000 Cruiser - 185 clicks - had it out on Sunday and Monday - never missed a beat - put it in the garage - tried to start it this afternoon - nothing - just cranking over
Batteries are good - tank is quarter full - fuel up to the pump - hand prime and it is full
Got the AA roadside assist in - he checked everything he could think of - fuses etc - but no luck
Have to get it on a truck tomorrow and back to a local garage - they have diagnostics and a diesel mechanic
    Has anyone got any ideas?

Plenty of traps - no rats around here
Was using a non-electronic key - but just tried the electronic one - no luck
    Thanks for the ideas
