Waiting for a Cortisone jab in my shoulder shortly. Although I hate needles, and I've been told this hurts like 40 bastards when being done, I'm hopefully looking at being able to use it again.........so I really like that. I might even be able to fling some lead at the Big bore Shoot @stug @Harryg. Just hoping that it's not just a 'sticky plaster' repair.
I hate knives even more, but the person doing the imagery said that it'll need surgery at some stage. Nows a good time, all harvests been done, irrigation's slowing down...
I'll be asking the question before they start poking me unnecessarily, get sorted with only one pain

Only hurts around as much as a 7.5 hour tattoo sleeve.. Ha ha
    Each lasted 3 -4 weeks
Its not that bad had 4 of them before finally ACC said lets get it fixed.

Couldnt lift anything past my shoulder at all

That surgery was pretty painful. Has worked ok but still a little weak plus sore after throwing hay bails on a stack.

After talking to the vet, he decided the jab wouldn't cure it. Being put onto a specialist now for the next step. His thinking was my crook neck and sciatic nerve was also contributing to it. I'm compensating the pain in those areas, and it's being transferred across somehow.
Be great to get to the bottom of it and get out shooting again. 12 months since I've walked a hill, and 8 since I've fired anything bigger than 22.

Last year TimeRider came to work with me and one of the customers remarked how she looked like me. She fished out one of my old school yearbooks and found a photo of me in it. The look on her face, .... priceless! I got this "Gee, thanks dad."

Might have to put a scanned image or two up, and one of TR at about the same age.

Someone point me in the right direction if this is in the wrong area and there's a Youtube thread or video thread somewhere. But Youtube recommended me this video.

Nice one! I got within a hairs breadth of slapping one on the arse once, I could have lept on its back and bulldogged it but having grown up on a deer farm knew better
