    That's pretty major news.

I would think it will have a noticeable affect on some parts of the commercial work here.

Wonder how Chris Crosse is getting on?
The Universe is a cruel, uncaring void. The key to being happy isn't a search for meaning. It's to just keep yourself busy with unimportant nonsense, and eventually, you'll be dead. -Mr Peanutbutter

Robinson must shit themselves when they see what their machines are used for in NZ.
The CAA investigator that was on TV is the guy that interviewed me after the fatal '66 crash.

I was out at Ardmore, 2-3 years ago, watching the first engine run and test flight of a Spitfire MkV after a restoration build.....an R22 clattered overhead, and I saw a crusty old guy look up and shake his head. I heard him mutter "death on a budget"......

No disrespect meant to those who have passed.

The recent AD has nothing to do with how we use machines in NZ.
It is a manufacturers design fault and should have been looked at by our Caa when the alloy R22 blades started flying off all over the world.
Robinson will go bust over this or like the new dash 4 replacements it will be at operator expense, so maybe operators will go bust.

I was told the R66 blade crashed because of mast bump due to pilot error?
