    Time to upgrade the BBQ

The Daughter has borrowed our old BBQ. We more than likely won't see it again. It's a broil King and has served us well over the years, I've been looking at a Traeger wood fired BBQ to replace it. Has anyone tried them or something similar

I was just looking at those wood pellet grills online today after seeing one being used on Meateater last night.
    Look pretty cool.

Just bought a Goldair 4 burner with hood etx from Briscoes. Usually $999 ticket price was $499, got charged $399 at the checkout. Think the sale is still on for the next couple of days.

They don't always have a sale. So sometimes they have to just have a between sales sale.

Best BBQ I've had was home made with a gas insert and grill plates from the BBQ factory and a heavy ch food grade aluminium plate I got cut up.

The Traeger are unreal. Really really rate them and have eaten plenty off them. Whilst initial cost is quite high, the pellets are cheap as and it’ll cost you roughly $1 per hour to run on the pellets. The really really pricey timberline ones are programmable too from your phone.
