    Twizel area accomodation

I am looking to find some basic but comfortable accommodation in the Twizel area.
Have a job coming up there that will require me to be there for a few weeks to over a month ( not sure exactly when yet ) but not full time ... week on week off style.
Want to have my gun dog there with me also, do some hunting / fishing while there. So not wanting to stay in motels etc because of the dog !!
Wool shed are basic kiwi bach would be perfect. Dog is German Wirehaired bitch and well house trained ... even better deer trained.
Don't mind a bit of travel.

    Any help much appreciated.

There are a few batches (as above) that allow dogs which are good value. Can't remember if we used any. Usually use bookabatch. Missus stuffed up last time and we ended up in some large womans back room. "What does homestay mean" she says!

This would make a good thread. We have toured many a dog friendly motel/hotel/batch in the South Island.
Just who I was thinking of. HC!
There are only three types of people in this world. Those that can count, and those that can't!

I hear rumours he accepts dead rabbits as valid currency. Don't ask me what the exchange rate is though..

Agreed it would make a good thread, maybe a sticky
    Something along the lines of
Hunting Dog Friendly Places to Stay

We could have one running for the North and South,
