    Weather forecasting

Here is a link to a Norwegian weather forecasting web site that seems pretty useful.
Was recommended to me by some Westcoasters who swear by it ... and they should know a little bit about quality weather forecasting.
You can search some pretty small specific geographical area small town, lakes, huts etc.
Short term and 10 day forecasts available and also a PDF option that re formats the information into an easily printable form to have on hand during a hunting / fishing trips.

I have used yr.no for several years for work, (and play). I have found it more reliable than local forecasts, but always good to compare a few and average it?

I know a local farmer that milks about 650 cows that uses that site and bases his work and kite fishing exploits on it with great success. It even has tiny places like tauikura to select from and wind changes particularly seem to happen as predicted with amazing accuracy

If the kingfisher is flying close to the ground you know it is going to rain...works every time...

Come across the forecast rock?? Can't remember all of it

If rock is wet it's raining
    Rock dry = sunny
    Can't see rock it's foggy
Rock swinging = windy (rock has a hole and tied hanging off a tree)
Rock has gone missing as has the tree = tornado
