    WET SUPPRESSOR

    Anyone had a go? does it work?

    It works, itís safe, itís fairly pointless imho on a centerfire can. I have used shaving foam, cable pulling lube, water and the best- co2 gas

    Speaking theoretically, I'd fill can with stainless steel wool all lubed up but not heavily, for max surface area for gas-to-grease heat transfer.

    Let's know if it makes any appreciable difference, and for how many shots. A couple extra quiet shots should count as a success since for hunting it's really only the first and maybe the second shot which must be extra quiet. There must be some Android apps out there for measuring decibels.

    the whole point is to cut out the o2 burning, soo if you can displace the o2 with co2 and keep the co2 in place you are winning, not a hard concept to get your head around

    i see, so some dry ice in one of the baffles and retained out of the way should work.
