    Whale stranding

Who's with me on this . Sounds like a waste of good meat . Instead of refloating them . Get Talleys in there kill them , on ice and off to Japan or Norway. Great export opportunity. And it will stop the others at sea stranding. And it means it's less whales the Japanese need to slaughter in the south seas . Its a Win win .

But, ... what are all those Nelson tree hugging hippies going to do to 'feel good'. Oh yeah, back to tending the 'garden'.

    Like the idea though.

Bugger Japan and Norway. When do they ever send us any of their whale meat?
I've been wanting to try whale for ages. Tried finding some in Narita(?) on a stop over on the way home from Morocco. No go.
So send one up to TeAwamutu and I'll share it around.

Well, to be fair, they were wearing swimsuits, but I'm pretty sure they were pilot whales.
He nui to ngaromanga, he iti to putanga.

You depart with mighty boasts, but you come back having done little.
Sounds like a typical hunting trip !

Totally! I reckon whale burgers, whale jerky, and whale sossies would be the "Next Big Thing"! (Be a handy marketing slogan too hahahaha)

They might not send whale meat over but the Norwegians sure do have some eye candy travelling the county

I live a few km's from Lake Arapuni, and some days there's huge pods of them.
