    What to do in chch

Heading down to chch and surrounds for 4 days with Uni but booked my flights back late resulting in having a day and a half kicking around chch. Whats a good and hopefully cheep way to burn a day (tuesday the 5th of april) in or around the shaky city?

    What are you into?

Do you want free or pay for things to do? What's your budget?
Will you have your own transport?

    Give us a hint.

What are you into? - Anything really that will burn up a day or at least half a day.

Do you want free or pay for things to do? What's your budget? - dont mind paying but dont have wads of cash so budget would be around 1-200 max

Will you have your own transport? - only 2 legs and a sunny disposition.

Just after Ideas, havent been since i was a wee lad so dont know sweet F A about it. Saved 140 by flying out a day later so figured id have a look around with the money instead.

Go to Theos on Riccarton Rd and buy two dozen bluff oysters.
Go to Whisky Galore on Colombo st and buy a bottle of age statement single malt.

Bring both of those things around to my house and I will entertain you with a goose calling demo and my exciting hunting tales where I skip over the misses and emphasise the few successes I have had.

Gondola. Trams. Two for one deal on tickets.
Go look at the cathedral, and not far away is the restart mall, near ballentines.

Haggis I've got your back mate. Go to dinner at Gadgetman's place. Tell him I sent you and said you could also take one of his daughters to the movies. His shout.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
