Bit ridiculous IMHO can not see the harm in businesses sending brass or projectiles from overseas loaded ammo and powders yeah sure as it is hazardous goods so it should be a restricted for export item requiring permits, but unprimed brass and projectiles as a component should have never been made a restricted item for export from the states. Silly thing is I have had unprimed brass and projectiles sent over from the USA before via a member of the gun and game forums it was on the declaration slip and US customs let it right on through but when a business does it they get in the turd and get prosecuted over it. So if they are worried about terrorist groups sourcing components wouldn't it be a bit suspicious if it was in total bulk amounting in piece counts by the 1000's I would be looking at that sort of thing rather than some guy who ordered a small amount for hunting or range use.
