Wish June Would Hurry Up And Finish

Warning!!! The following is a rant.

I've just about had a guts full of this month. Everything I've touched or thought about has turned to shit.
Started by getting my ute back from the stealer. She's all good for another 100-150 km. Should've known he meant it literally.....didn't even get that far. 78km later it's getting dragged onto the back of a transporter. Was going for a birthday hunt and it lunched itself.
Next day, no hot water. Element in cylinder shit itself, no drama, get sparky around to replace. There's no drain on cylinder, so have to get plumber in as well. Sparky couldn't make it back until the next day.
Sparky arrives and sorts it out. While the sparkys here, get a phone all from St John. Wife's granmother has pushed the button and there's no response. Roar over to her place and there's an ambulance there loading her in the back. Had a heartattack and hospital is where she's got to stay for a while.
The shitstorm was starting to clear, works piling up, so decide to lean into it. Go and grab some diesel, and one of the strops decide it's had enough, breaks and a 44gal drums on the ground. Go and get tractor to pump it in, tractors got a fecken rat nest in the air intake. It had only been in shed a couple of days. Clear that out and there's some fault which puts tractor into safety mode. Finally workout what the problem is and put the sensor plug back on. Rat or something had knocked it off.
    20th of month tomorrow.......
No wonder I was happy to get away yesterday. Clear run today, hopefully Murphy has buggered off, and is annoying someone else.

In there somewhere, my other ute has decided it needs 2 new batteries, the starter motors on its last legs, and the auto sparky thinks I should probably give the alternator I bit of love as well!!!!

And they rest of the family is full of the bot

Murphy's visits have decreased lately - must have taken residence at your place.

With you on that one. Ditched the painkillers very quickly. Much worse than what they are trying to fix. I do remember once when I was told to take a course of crap, but no-one mentioned that I'd need to be weaned off near the end. Scared to proverbial out of a client, who phoned my twin to shovel me up and take me home in the end.

Hang in there fellas, you'll be through it before you know it.

On the bright side, we are still sucking oxygen. There's always someone worse off, and next month is going to be a cracker. Days getting longer, birds start singing.......

    Well July has arrived.........

Finally got the ute back from stealer today, don't know how much it's going to damage the wallet yet, but it's going well.

The sun is out longer, and birds are singing.

The irrigation pump has been overhauled and only bearings and gland packing need doing.

Got the sheep dry enough to be shorn, and lambs are dropping.

    Spreaders been replaced and delivered.

Got 3 days away at a footy tournament soon.

Internet is back to about 1/2 speed....was non existent.

Murphy has buggered off is annoying someone else....
