Just a quick clip from the other night, Near perfect conditions with only a slight breeze.
Making a first round hit on a target this small is what makes all the preparation and practice worthwhile.

Great shot Dr. W!
Goat would have been tiny looking through the scope at that range. Nice skills.
983 metres, well done!
Excellent, spot on!
Elementary, dear Watson  love your phone stand too. What ballistic app are you using?
Very impressed.
Lights out

Inside 223 range that goat. [emoji2]

Cheers

Goddam that is impressive
That is a cracking shot and DOA seen shots from much closer not kill as fast :)
I say great shot! 300 Win Mag does the job again! Sometime I wounder why I have ever bothered with another caliber?!
nice shot there doc:cool:

Haha I though I did ok for a complete guess...
Very impressive. What scope was it?
That was a sightron s111 8-32 MOA/MOA
The features are the same. It's the layout of the HUD that's a little more convenient.
Certainly if your using shooter and are familiar with it don't go changing, but if your just starting out and were going to pic one... I'd go KAC bullet flight.
Have you used the latest version of shooter? Once environment is done its no typing all swiping up down for range wind and wind angle changes. Very quick and can do with cold fingers

Awesome stuff.
In the moments leading up to taking the shot I like to glance at my solution including the inputs, I never use quick calc with the swipe feature.

Great shot Doc, mightily impressed.......to a 100 yr bush hunter like me it's all science fiction!!!!!!!!!!
Its actually everything vs .270 :D
And everything always wins hands down.
Shot placement is everything when the impact velocity is the that slow! At that range I would be using 208 amax. That is of course if they work well in your rifle. Obviously the goat didn't mind though!
Well done
excellent!
