Hey
I've just moved from ios to android. I used to use ballistic ae which was awesome but they don't support android.
Any recommendations for android would be appreciated
Want it accurate out to 1000 yards
Cheers

Strelok, shooter, AB....
Strelok. Get the pro version.
Give it accurate information and it'll be spot on.
had a great run with strelok both the free version and the pro version
Thanks guys. Have heard of shooter but not strelok, will give it a whirl

Strelok the free one seems to be working ok for me
I set up strelok last night. The numbers were pretty much the same. Maybe 0.1 moa less that ballistic ae.
I do miss the scrolling wheel to change the distance etc that ballistic ae has.
Any one find shooter any good? It's only a paid version so no try before you buy

If you find it in the app store and scroll down there are FAQ's and he explains it there.
I've only got the free version and it had 1.4 pre loaded so I just left it at that.
If you cant find what you're looking for just email him, from what I understand he's pretty good at responding.
If your serious theres applied ballistics.
It's not cheap but there is a reason for that.

I have only used shooter on iPhone. I’ve never had an issue with it. It does have the wheely thing to change distance etc once the solution has been given
@Steve338 - Have you played with the reticle display function on Strelok? You can scroll the dial adjuster feature at the top of the page and get the distances your reticle will be useful for displayed as you change it. Different way of doing it but same end result.
I would say @Pommy would be best to explain the temperature sensitivity and weather settings. He's messed with it extensively.
I can attest to how well it works once you give it good information. I've watched him execute some shots at long range for the calibre and load that are quite impressive.
If you want to unmuddle your brain around inputs to ballistic calculators this is one of the best articles I have seen.

Good explanation on the effects of air density which a lot of shooters get back the front.
Practical Takeaways further in simplifies it in a table form.
I use shooter on android. Seems to do the job out to a grand etc. Id deff go AB for longer or technical shots thoAttachment 140536
