    Ashlee & that enormous cannon

Philipo was talking about the 416B the other day.
Ashlee & I went to the range to check some rifles today so I thought it would be rude not to

She also had a go with the 338 Improved, a good brake makes all the difference, 300 grains @ 3050 ish

I let her shoot a few 5 shot groups today, with some of the toys.

She shot as good as me with the 260, 22-243 & 204

Going shooting bunnies tomorrow & will see if she can get 400+ yards

I love the way her hair billows up with the big gun but she isnt fazed in the slightest.
I pity the poor boy that is keen on her but is worried about her "old man" - it should be Ashlee he should be worried about!

Due to popular demand I took some pics today @ the range.

I was going to take them on the Coast but the weather was a little average.

She can hold it up just, it is a third of her weight

    Good pics Greg.

I can testify that she is as steady as a rock shooting that thing. . . . . and if you get too close to it when it goes off, the wax pops out yer ears. . .

How did you get on in the afternoon ??

Fired a few, got quite a few hits, the wind picked up & made it tricky @ 1300 yards
