On the prone side, I would be pretty happy with 4 MOA (fist sized group) for 5 shots at 100m

the more internet you read, the smaller the groups you will expect.

Realistically, if i can hit one of my 8" gongs off hand standing between 50 and 100 yards, and hit the same gong sitting to 300 an prone to the same or more I'm happy. i hardly shoot deer offhand over 50 yards anyway, beyond that its mostly ambushing them and I'm likely to have a decent rest. i did neck shot a stag a few roars ago with my 308 offhand on 3x while it was running on a slip 200 yards away, but that probably wont happen again lol.
