Interesting as always. Looks cold. Casual 35° or so here.
Nice shooting Thomas. Its always good when your groups are smaller than your crosshair:D You must have to wait a while in those conditions for the barrel to cool between strings
That 338 certainly shocks the steel. Do you get much mirage from your suppressor heating up? Awesome recoil absorption
Another great video Norway, love the recoil absorbtion.
Norway, cool vid, tx for posting. Looks a bit chilly over there :P
Could you pls explain a bit more about 2 things in the video:
Techniques for recoil absorption
Your body position behind the rifle, straight as opposed to angled
I can do roughly 10 shots before the target dances too much in the mirage?
Short answer, but straight is by far the best and most robust position to eliminate the negative effects of recoil.
Interesting and informative,as usual.
what type of suppressor is that?
It is a Hausken. I think the model is called Whisper. Glad you found it useful.
Very very cool. (literally and figuratively) Do you find it hard to get good trigger release with gloves on?
It looks cold enough for skin to stick to exposed metal?
