Know us before you judge us - The Toby Shootoot

@Tussock, It seems that there has become a bit of friction & interneted bad blood between us ( & other's ) on here.

While I enjoy giving you a little jip ( as l know you do back to myself ) I think it's time to bury the hatchet so to speak and I would like to have a truce for the good of the forum.

I didn't appreciate your digs about the "Toby shoot" yes we are a passionate group of people but Toby ( rip mate ) & the many supporters that turn up, shoot guns, have fun & raise money for charity ( yes well over 20k in thr past three years ) are the best thing to ever be born from this place, It's not exclusive. We welcome all members who come with a positive / happy attitude.

Hence I & some of the TGS team would like to invite you to the event in October, please come and enjoy a weekend away.

If you & your wife can sort flights to Napier, Brads will pick you guys up and we will happily pay for your accommodation for the Friday and Saturday nights, come & enjoy a break away with a group of great people and maybe even bring something to put into the auction to help raise funds for the CCF

I look forward to catching up and having a beer.

    God bless bro

Don’t do it Tussock. It’s an ambush set by Phil! Mind you, if you get taken out by that midget I’m struggling for sympathy.....

Takes a big man and a lot of self reflection to come up with something like that

Well done Phil, it was getting a bit nasty, takes self control to step back from it.
Brilliant offer and I hope it's taken up.

The silence from the other side is deafening

TBH I'm surprised the thread has not been deleted yet...

Marty, I think VC was referring to the original title which has now been completely changed.

    Next one in Napier?
    That's a bugger.
I had a chance of doing one in the south this year if I put my mind to it but now way I'll make it to the north.
    never mind.

@csmiffy, they got there weird things called aeroplanes now. they do land in the north island...

Get yourself on one, and the rest can be sorted. Guys have turned up without bolts and even without rifles in the past, and we always see to make it work

Enough guys will be going up from Welly or down from Auckland so you don't even have to fly to Napier.
