    Nelson NZDA Juniors Swazi Shoot

    At Nelsons NZDA range sponsered by Swazi.

    All shot prone with a bag front rest.

    50m rimfire fun shoot 15 shots on targets and silhouettes

    Then 100m centerfire ,two sighters and 5 scored shots on a chamois target.

    Good safe fun, my son did ok considering he has never shot without a bipod before.

    Nelson is a fantastic range, There is 20ish concrete benchrests under a roof just behind where they are shooting prone.
    Just a shame access is not as easy as it used to be.

    Yea apart from that brisket shot.....he shoots good off of the bipod they would have all been in the ten or 9 at worst if he was shooting off of it.
    All good tho we dont practice that much and have only practiced on the bipod as it is easiest and most practical but now we have something else to practice....look out next year

    Nice the Rotorua NZDA Kids Swazi shoot is coming up on the 24th November, Wallaby targets at 50m prone. Trophy for members and spot prices for all.
