Not me, but this looks like a spot of fun. Card split at 362 yards / 330ish meters, .223.

We actually go the othe way and split the projectile on the edge of an axe, two white cards either side of the axe will give a perfect image on each card. Miss or graze gives you an image on one card only;)
might be worth a crack at shorter ranges with open sights. and then scopes and go out to longer ranges.
Might have a go next week. A good way to get rid of the old cards
The "Skill" would you being able to "run" 100 metres let a lone a kilometre !:D
As impressive az it is, the problem with this kind of skill test is that they are often beyond the accuracy capability of a rifle and just become a test of luck.
Unless the rifle is capable of stacking shots right on top of each at that range, or shooting clover leafs then it comes down to luck, as no amount of wind reading skills or being a good shot is going to make up for the rifles accuracy.
@50 metres the 17 HMR will happily take the scoring numbers out on a target, well capable of splitting a card! I'm the only problem!
I'll make up a board for our Xmas shoot! Have heaps of jokers here to add to the fun! Will be easier with a .58 or .75 cal projectile:P
