im sure we can come to some arrangement
No problems Dougie, 2nd weekend in March is a long weekend for us but that doesn't make much difference to a farmer. I'll confirm dates after this weekend. Next time i'm in Rotorua I'll try and confirm dates for a similar shoot over there. Planning on the 19th of May for the Rotorua event (to be confirmed) to make it the same time as last year.
Are you looking to shoot sat or sun or both?
until confirmed otherwise just the Saturday
I'd be keen for this :)

Depending on dates ill look at it. Will call on my naki customers conveniently afterwards. Would a 3-9x40 scope cut it?
I suspect you will want a rifle to go along with that scope :ORLY:
Seriously a 3-9 scope will be fine however Rushy is right. You should really turn up with some idea of drop out to longer distances. Without dialing or a ballistic recticle i would think you will find yourself limited to about 400m or so. Past that, i think you will have trouble determining a solid aiming mark without getting creative with your scope recticle/power setting. Most people seem to think its odd that you would wind down your scope power to shoot at longer distance but doing so can give you a definative aiming mark which is a big advantage. Still 400m is a fair way and i'm sure you'd have a bit of fun coming along.
Location looks awesome, room for ten or so shooters on the line at once and targets from 100m to 950m. Pencil in Saturday the 17th of March.
