    Polaris/sxs rifle rack ideas

Keen to understand what people use for [effectively] solo night shooting rifle racks/scabbards on their side by side/ATV (in my case a Polaris 570HD).

For a bit of context - I’ve got 3 very keen but young boys (the oldest is 8). They are not yet at the stage of properly looking after the spotlight and need to be sitting in the front with me). At the moment I am finding myself driving with one hand, holding the spotlight with the other hand and sitting the rifle (pointing in a safe direction!) out the side door in my lap. When I see something I hand the spotlight to the 8 year old and get him pointing it in the right direction. Don’t start me on opening gates!

    Anyone got any great ideas?

Something that lay along the front (I take the windscreen out when shooting) would be great/avoid the awkward manoeuvre getting the rifle pointing out front, as required for most shots, instead of out the left hand drivers door space.

    Thanks!

Thats great. Different taste in binos to you. Haven't seen those in years.

Has he had a good run from the Mule?
Restraint is the better part of dignity. Don't justify getting even. Do not do unto others as they do unto you if it will cause harm.

I think hes on his second Mule now, doesnt seem to keep them long enough to have any issues, trades his bikes every year or two and has a relationship with local Suzuki dealer
which is why he uses them. Don't think he puts much value into binos these days, more just for finding a route than actually looking for animals, all about the thermal gear!
