    Promises made

    I made a promise to my daughter to take her to our local NZDA range day so she could fire a few shots through the 22. I have just finished fitting a shortened stock to it so she can use it a bit easier. Just about to leave home and I got a text saying that its not happening today as the paddocks are to wet, Bugger any how we went down to a mates place and she fired about 15 rounds and I had to keep all the empty shells for her morning talk. Shes happy now but harping on about going fishing.....

    good stuff , i took my daughter out on sunday looking for quail , with the reward of shooting her 410 . As above she talked so much that I didn't hear the quail flush . . she enjoyed shooting the paper rabbit target . She's now ready for a quiet wee duck pond
