    Rossi ss 243

I just picked up a single shot Rossi in 243 as it was too cheap to pass up.
Ex pig bail gun, so didn't have a forestock screw. I have improvised on that for now. The stock has been painted a god awfull brick red, so will change that in due course. The rifle had enough oil in and around the action, I could of relubed my entire car with what I cleaned off.
Gave the barrel a birthday and stuck a spare Burris fullfield on it. Boresighted at 100 yds.
First 3 shots with factory Rem 80gn cloverleafed.

It was intended as a first gun for a lefty mate, but I think I may keep it now.
The only change I need apart from the colour, is to get a hammer extension fitted.
    P38 and gadgetman like this.

Good to hear it shoots well. Amazing it grouped at all considering the condition of the muzzle.
